What triggers our anxiety and the intensity of it is what we really believe about what produces this anxiety; and experience more or less anxiety, depending on how dangerous we consider the issue that we are alarmed or worried.
if at some point we have experienced feelings that we felt were dangerous, creating us alarmándonos and even panic,
we can change what we think of them learning to look closely at these and other sensations and what to they think. As this happens, it will change our perception of them and our fear of hey will decrease and may even disappear altogether.
Another option is to try to handle situations in which
these feelings occur, and try to observe
attentively, without fleeing or fighting them, so
similarly as in the various practices advised
This practice is especially relevant learning to observe carefully, feeling or sensation
we fear, as manifested in us. to the so, we must be able to tolerate it; not avoid it, not flee or fight it. our effort should be to learn to be able to do this.To do this, in turn, we will be alert to thought
that surely will arise in our mind alerting how dangerous it is for us to experience this
feeling or sensation.
Facing our fears flood exercise or exposure to feared situations and keeping calm, controlling and accepting that feeling as normal, without making strategies to suppress or deny tolerate the feeling
